The name TravHoli is protected by registered trade mark. 

Travholi (The Company) operates a brochure with advertising website.

We operate Affiliate programs and offer advertising space for various travel and holiday providers who provide services and or products within or associated with the travel and holiday industry.

TravHoli is not a holiday / travel provider or operator and runs a website with links to third party holiday and travel providers with whom we have affiliate agreements and also provides paid for advertising for those operators who do not have affiliate programs.

If you click on a link within our website you may be redirected to the appropriate company where we recommend you read their terms and conditions and privacy policy.

Should you purchase a product or service from that link we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to yourself.

We do not earn commissions from paid advertising.

TravHoli supports links to a variety of businesses and companies, however we have not tested any products or services and therefore we will not be held responsible in anyway what-so-ever for any errors, dealings or problems you may incur with those companies.

Should you make a purchase you will be dealing directly with that company and NOT TravHoli.

This is a website with links to third party websites, we do not take orders, payments (except for paid advertising) answer queries, organize deliveries or any activities associated with any product purchase/s or services you undertake with third parties.  

Links: as with most technology and human error things can sometimes go wrong and links may go down from time to time without notice. in this event we will do our best to rectify this as soon as possible, however there are times when this is out of our control.

TravHoli reserves the right to refuse to accept any advertising or links that are not suitable or that do not meet our criteria or is not holiday or travel related.

The Company accepts payment for advertising annually at the point of acceptance by TravHoli and does not offer any refunds after the initial 14 day advert insertion period.

Advertising positions are allocated on a first come first serve basis and page positions maybe changed at any time without notice.

Advertising prices can be found on the Tariff page. TravHoli.com website we reserve the right to change the Tariff and conditions without notice.

Refunds / Cancellations: We do not offer refunds after the first 14 day period of cleared funds being received. We hope you don't need to cancel but if you do cancellation must be received by us via the Contact Us form or by email. If you cancel within the 14 day cancellation period a refund will be issued by the method payment was made less an administration fee of £10.00

'The company' uses social media to promote this website, which may include the advertises/affiliates company name, with links to the page certain holidays or promotions are listed in. This media advertising is allocated on a random basis except for any special deals or offers we consider suitable for insertion.

This website contains script and images which are copyright material by ourselves and the third parties advertising on this website. You do not have the authority to copy or use script or images without the written permission of the owner of TravHoli or the third party that owns their script and image/s, to do so is an offense and may incur legal action.
